when I was staring at our english forum, an idea came into my mind and told me: "why aren't we united in learning english, you (me) have some ressources and experience in that language, that person has others, some others have another "one... and so on
and then I realized how is usefull to create such learning leaugue, called THE ALGERIAN ENGLISH LEARNERS LEAGUE
we can share in it our experiences of learning, websites, books of learning and our own writing topics, we can correct ourselves and encourage them and a lot to do.
if that is interesting for you we can demand to the webmster to integrate this league as a subfield in this forum of english

now I'm asking you about this Idea, the title of this league, its contain and every thing you judge value
